POSITION SUMMARY:
Marvin Group is seeking a dedicated System Administrator Level 1 to support IT systems. This individual will maintain the company's IT systems and provide support to customers. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, self-motivated, and good at troubleshooting. A basic understanding of basic networking, Microsoft Windows systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 best practices is required. Also emphasizes meticulous documentation and adherence to processes and procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Active Directory Administration
- Managing SSO (Okta) or 2FA
- Troubleshoot technical issues with escalated tickets
- Documentation and compliance with processes and procedures
- Participate On-call IT support duty
- Perform and report related duties as assigned by the supervisor
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Experience of Windows Server Administration
- Experience of Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience of Active Directory Administration
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Experience managing SSO (Okta) or 2FA
- Audit experience is a plus.
- Ability to maneuver and communicate through mixed digital communication channels.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to grasp new and changing technologies.
- Understanding of today's technological landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in related field; OR 5+ years of systems administration experience with relevant
- professional and technical certifications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Sitting at a desk for long periods of time using computers, printers, phones, and other office equipment.
- Being on call to ensure that the network and computer systems are always functioning properly.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Remote work may be required.
- Team environment
- This position is 100% on-site at our Inglewood, CA location.
SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $75,400 to $83,700
