SCOPE:
Marketing Manager will organize campaigns, manage social media, and develop marketing strategies with the CWT global sales team.
Oversee all aspects of tradeshow management, website content, competitive analyses, and the development of literature to attract CWT’s target market.
Arrange tradeshows including booth sign-up, layout, ordering, and shipping specific booths and resources to shows. Also responsible for arranging hotels, communicating with sales staff well in advance of the show, developing pre-show promotions, making reservations for tradeshow dinners, etc.
Add campaigns for each show to SalesForce, and upload show leads to the campaign immediately following the show. Track the success of each show based on show effectiveness (number of leads, conversion of leads to purchase orders, etc.
This work will be a critical factor in delivering smooth and consistent messages to the industrial wastewater treatment community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize, facilitate, and sometimes attend trade shows, webinars, and other such client education using traditional or digital campaigns.
Upload or provide Manager with all tradeshow leads within 24 hours after close of show. Upload them to SalesForce as leads once reviewed by Manager.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Website administration, content management, SEO strategies, composition, and online posting of articles or case studies on the company’s website and social media pages.
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
Update SalesForce and Google Drive with relevant information, sales tools, and other information for CWT.
Administer leads received from the website, JivoChat, phone leads, and tradeshows in Salesforce to expedite the ability of the Project Manager to follow up on said leads.
Research other trade shows that may be helpful for CWT to attend on a national or regional basis.
Work within the CWT global team to coordinate the translation of documents using existing internal resources if possible.
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, case histories, brochures, and other literature as needed.
Manage online training modules, assign accessibility, and manage content.
Responsible for monthly internal newsletter and annual calendar development.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
Extreme proficiency in language, writing, proofreading and publishing.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe PDF, marketing computer software, SalesForce, online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.).
Excellent (fluent) written and spoken English. Mastery of the language required for creating case histories, marketing tools and advertising. Bi-lingual a plus.
Ability to demonstrate good, coherent writing and use spell-check on every document.
A BSc in Marketing, Communications Business, or a relevant field is a strong advantage.
