POSITION SUMMARY:
Facilitate the orderly configuration identification of product attributes and maintain consistency between product configuration information and the product. Support and contribute to the Configuration Change Control process and the Product Data Management (PDM) configuration control system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Configuration Management folder and files
- Schedule and facilitate configuration change board meetings to support new releases and change control
- Manage configuration log of disposition actions and maintain the report
- Assist with PDM / SmarTeam administration, prepare and distribute reports from PDM system relating to product configuration (ECM, ECN, ECO & ECR)
- Other duties as assigned by Management
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in engineering environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Can perform in a teaming environment
- Must be able to speak/read/write English
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Medium-to-large office environment
- Fast-paced office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments
SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $70,304 to $90,000
