RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operate a variety of CNC 3-4-5 axis machines. 
• Able to use inspection tools, Basic Blueprint reading required. 
• If requested able to run multiple machines. 
• Inspects first-run and in-process parts using precision measuring equipment. 
• Complete all required record keeping/ SPC as needed. 
• Keep machine and surrounding work area clean, safe and well organized. 
• Deburr parts as needed. 
• Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned. 

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years’ experience in  operating 3-4-5 axis CNC machines in a high-precision manufacturing  

Environment. 

• Must be able to inspect his/ her own parts. 
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret, blue print, job traveler, and work instructions. 
• Ability to use precision measuring tools. 
• Ability to multi-task. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minor supervision. 
• Self-motivated, willing to learn. 
• Must read and write English. 
• Prolong standing for the duration of the shift. 
• Must be able to lift and move parts, weighing 35 lbs. or less 
• Must be High School graduate or GED 
• Certificate in Machining Technology is a plus. 
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs
